Positive Affirmations For Anxiety

I know that when I feel anxious, I automatically think about the worst scenario that can happen in any situation without realizing it. When I’m anxious, it’s so much easier for me to negatively self talk myself into a full blown panic attack.

I’ve recently been attempting to speak positive self affirmations to myself on a regular basis so that I can give my brain a healthy foundation to manage my own thoughts and reduce fear when I face anxious times.

Here are some affirmations that have helped me that might be of a help to you too!

  • It’s ok to feel anxious.
  • This is only temporary.
  • My current thoughts and feelings are just thoughts and feelings, not reality.
  • Breathing will relax me.
  • I have everything that I need to control this.
  • I Am Strong.
  • I Am Courageous.
  • I Am Amazing!
  • I Am Capable.
  • I Am Important.
  • I have everything that I need to control this.
  • I Am safe.
  • I will be ok.
